Location is perfect for concerts , near MRT and great comfy rooms. Breakfast offered a large spread , and the rooftop view was stunning.

Housekeeping was subpar with dirty showers , inconsistent water pressure in the bathroom, and a very cramped gym.

The room was comfortable, but there were a few issues. Breakfast wasn’t included, and I found the cost to be a bit expensive. The shower barely had hot water, which was disappointing. The room cleaning service seemed to lack sufficient staff. During my stay, I felt the need for more dust bins around the hotel. My child had an unfortunate incident with a restaurant staff member, where leftover food got all over his clothes because the staff was careless. It was quite frustrating. I had a decent stay, but improvements in service and facilities could make a big difference.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation options making it easy to explore popular attractions like Gardens by the Bay and Bugis Street. I particularly enjoyed the amazing views from the rooftop, especially at night. However, I found the room sizes to be on the smaller side which might be an issue if you have larger luggage. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with decent amenities.
